Prices

I charge a baseline labour fee, and then a furnishing fee on top. Any gil from the furnishing fee that is unused on furnishings will be returned to the client upon completion of the job. These prices are guidelines, and may vary depending on complexity of the build, what furniture is provided, and timeline requested. Exterior decoration may include a surcharge.

  • Smalls: 15 million gil base + furnishing fee

  • Medium: 20 million gil base + furnishing fee

  • Large: 30 million gil base + furnishing fee

  • Exterior Only: 5 million gil base + furnishing fee

Furnishing fees will vary. Minimum furnishing fee is 5 million gil with furniture provided. Glitching builds take more furniture, and thus will likely have higher furnishing fees.

Modern Hingan

This was a fun challenge! A tight budget, request for a modern glitched basement and a floral upstairs, plus a loft and study area made juggling item slots an interesting experiment that turned out wonderfully!

Vanilla Shirogane

A vanilla build that hides a secret (discretion required, so not pictured here)- this was great practice in floating and one of my favourite exteriors to date!
